SUPERNOVA PEST CONTROL

Clear billing. No surprises.

Choose to pay after each scheduled visit or spread your regular quarterly price into equal monthly payments. Your service schedule stays the same either way.

No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. Clear pricing before service.

Billing at a glance

We keep the payment schedule straightforward and explain it before work begins.

INITIAL & ONE-TIME SERVICES

Paid when the work is completed

One-time treatments and the initial visit for new general-pest customers are due at the time of service.

ONGOING QUARTERLY SERVICE

Pay after each scheduled visit

Most customers receive service approximately every 90 days. Ongoing invoices are due within 30 days unless another arrangement has been approved.

OPTIONAL MONTHLY BILLING

Spread out the regular cost

Your regular quarterly price can be divided into three equal monthly payments. Monthly billing changes how you pay—not how often we visit.

MONTHLY BILLING EXAMPLE

$129 quarterly becomes $43 per month.

The math is simple: your regular quarterly price is divided by three. A $129 quarterly service equals three monthly payments of $43. The total ongoing price is the same; only the payment timing changes.

The initial service is priced and paid separately. Keeping it separate makes the monthly amount predictable in both the first year and the years that follow.

$129 ÷ 3

=

$43 per month

Important: Monthly billing does not mean monthly pest-control visits. Supernova Shield service remains approximately every 90 days, with free re-service for covered pests between scheduled visits while the plan remains active.

Common billing questions

QUESTION 1

Does monthly billing mean monthly service?

No. For Supernova Shield, service remains approximately every 90 days. Monthly billing simply divides the quarterly price into smaller payments.

QUESTION 2

Is the initial service included in the monthly price?

No. The initial service is priced and paid separately. Monthly payments cover the regular ongoing service schedule.

QUESTION 3

Why are there five services in the first year?

The 30-day follow-up strengthens the initial treatment while pest activity is being brought under control. The regular schedule then transitions to approximately every 90 days.
