At Super Nova Pest Control, we stand behind our Home Protection Program and want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive. If an infestation of covered pests occurs between regularly scheduled treatments, we will come back free of charge to address the issue. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to resolve the problem after three targeted treatments, we will refund the customer’s last service fee, provided all terms of the agreement have been met.
