Supernova Pest Control technician treating the exterior of a home

Autumn Robbins at work with Supernova.

Work worth taking pride in.

Supernova serves North Idaho and Eastern Washington with no-contract pest control. We earn repeat business through our work and the way we treat people. The same values shape the team we want to build.

01 · PURPOSE

Make a practical difference.

Help people understand a problem, choose a sensible next step, and feel more comfortable in their homes.

02 · CONTRIBUTION

Let your effort matter.

In a small business, thoughtful work and dependable people make a visible difference. Taking responsibility is part of being on the team.

03 · GROWTH

Keep getting better.

Ask questions, accept feedback, and build your skills. Autumn’s story shows how effort and growing responsibility can open new doors.

A REAL SUPERNOVA STORY

Autumn started by saying yes to an opportunity.

Autumn Robbins joined Zach’s motel as a housekeeper after her mom, Jodie, brought her on to help. She did the work well and kept earning more responsibility: front-desk work, answering both the motel and pest-control phones, and checking rooms.

When the motel sold in fall 2024, Autumn joined Supernova full time. She grew from office work into a licensed technician role and has also done well in sales. Today, she is a pillar of the company.

Every person’s path is different. Hers is a real example of what effort, trust, and opportunity have meant here.

What we ask of each other.

  • Show up prepared and follow through.
  • Be honest with customers and teammates.
  • Take safety, product labels, and people’s homes seriously.
  • Ask questions when you are unsure.
  • Own mistakes and learn from them.
  • Treat people with patience and respect.

Our service process shows what that care looks like on a visit.
