Do I have to buy treatment?

No. Requesting a free pest inspection does not commit you to service. You can ask questions and decide what works for you.

Should I prepare anything?

Note where and when you’ve seen activity, keep any photos, and tell us about previous treatments. We’ll explain any access or preparation needed when we confirm the visit.

Can you treat during the visit?

Tell us if you’re hoping for treatment at the same visit. We’ll confirm what is possible based on the pest, preparation, route, and available time.

Need a termite report for a loan?

Termite inspections are a separate paid service and are not included in our free general pest inspections. Mention VA loan, refinancing, or other documentation requirements so we can confirm the scope and price before booking. See termite inspection options.
