I really cannot say how much I appreciate having Supernova Pest Control as my go-to people for pests! Zach (professional, punctual, friendly, and always kind to the curious neighborhood kids) is absolutely terrific to deal with; as is Autumn (the melodious voice behind the phone, who can also service your home and talk you out of a panic attack when you find a mouse has moved in without permission)! Unlike previous companies, Supernova feels like they have my back; questions and concerns are answered with a smile and dealt with promptly, and I am never made to feel "silly" for being curious or made to feel like I am overreacting for asking for special attention to an area that I know usually brings problems at a certain time of year. I could write a book about how great my experience with Supernova has been. This is the best pest service I've ever used! Tom was very thorough in his first inspection and so pleasant to deal with. Zach came to do the treatment two days later and he was great.
