QUARTERLY PROTECTION

Supernova Shield

For recurring ants, spiders, earwigs, wasps, and other covered general pests.

Visits: About every 90 days.

Service: Targeted exterior treatment and reachable web removal; interior included on request.

Support: Free in-between visits for covered pests while quarterly service is active.

BOTANICAL SERVICE

Nova Naturals

For customers who prefer a botanical approach to general pest control.

Visits: Typically every four weeks, or a one-time visit.

Service: Botanical products selected for the pest, property, and labeled use.

Support: We explain precautions, service scope, and follow-up before you book.

ONE-TIME SERVICE

Supernova Strike

For current pest activity, a move-out, or a one-time treatment before an event.

Visits: One time, with no automatic renewal.

Service: Exterior and targeted general pest treatment; interior included on request.

Support: A 30-day follow-up option is available. We confirm the terms with your quote.

TRAPPING, MONITORING & EXCLUSION

Mice & rodents

We inspect for activity and entry points, then recommend trapping, monitored bait stations, and exclusion work as appropriate. Rodent treatment and sealing are quoted for your property.

INSPECTION & FOLLOW-UP

Bed bug treatment

Confirmed bed bug activity needs a focused plan. We explain preparation, treatment of affected areas, and follow-up so you know what happens before, during, and after service.

MONITORING, BAIT & INSPECTIONS

Termite services

Choose monitoring-only stations for detection or an active bait system where appropriate. We also offer termite inspections for VA loans and refinancing. Monitoring, treatment, and real-estate reports have separate scopes and quotes.

Before you choose a service.

Which plan should I choose?

Shield is for ongoing general pest prevention, Naturals is for customers who prefer botanical products, and Strike is for a one-time need. Rodents, bed bugs, and termites get a separate recommendation. An inspection helps us match the service to what we find.

Is interior treatment included?

Interior treatment is included on request with Shield and Strike. Naturals also offers interior service where appropriate. We discuss access, preparation, and product-specific precautions before treatment; you do not have to request interior service at every visit.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Supernova does not require a long-term service contract or charge cancellation fees. Recurring service follows an agreed schedule, and you can contact us to change or stop it.

What happens if pests return between visits?

Active quarterly Shield customers can request a free in-between visit for covered pests. Strike offers a 30-day follow-up option; we confirm its terms with your quote. Follow-up for Naturals and specialty work depends on the service plan.
