OUR PROCESS · SUPERNOVA PEST CONTROL
Inspection comes first. From identifying the pest to choosing a treatment and planning the next visit, we explain what we are doing and what you can expect. Here is how a typical general pest service works.

We follow a clear sequence while adapting the work to the pest, the property, and your concerns.
We start by listening to what you have seen and inspecting the areas involved. We work to identify the pest and the signs of activity so the treatment plan addresses the problem you actually have.
We look for possible contributing conditions, such as moisture, gaps, vegetation against the home, or accessible food and water. Before treatment, we discuss people, pets, access, and any concerns, then explain the precautions that apply to your visit.
Before applying products, we begin with web removal. That pass also gives us a chance to look for pet toys, children’s toys, food and water bowls, and other items to move out of the treatment area.
We select products and methods for the identified pest, the property, and the activity we find. Depending on the problem, that may include baits or targeted applications. We explain the approach and answer your questions before treatment.
We perform the treatment according to the selected product’s label, including its application sites, rates, and precautions. The areas treated and methods used depend on your property and pest problem.
We go over what was addressed, useful prevention steps, and what to watch for after service. We explain drying or re-entry instructions, the follow-up plan, and how to reach us with questions or continued activity.
Your initial general pest service includes exterior treatment. Interior service is available if you want it; it is not required. We discuss any indoor activity and coordinate access to the areas that need attention.
After the initial visit, we typically service the exterior. Interior service remains available on request. Tell us when you receive your reminder, or contact us anytime if something changes, so we can coordinate an indoor visit.
For future scheduled visits, we send a notification 1–5 days in advance by text, email, or phone. Let us know about new pest activity, an interior request, access arrangements, or a day or time that works best. We are happy to try to work with your schedule.
Your visit frequency depends on your service: Shield is scheduled every 90 days, while Nova Naturals is typically about every four weeks. Compare our service plans for help choosing an option.

Active Supernova Shield customers receive free re-service between scheduled visits if covered pests return. Contact us with the pest you are seeing, where it is happening, and when you noticed it. We will assess the activity and arrange the appropriate next step.
Before you choose a service, we explain its covered pests, price, and follow-up terms. We discuss expected progress and when another visit may be needed. Tell us if activity continues so we can reassess the situation and make adjustments.
Supernova Strike has a 30-day follow-up option if needed; contact us to assess persistent activity. Rodent control, bed bug treatment, termite services, and other specialty work have their own scope and follow-up arrangements, which we explain before treatment.
No contracts and no cancellation fees. Our goal is to earn your continued business through clear communication and thorough work.
You do not need to spend hours making the home perfect. Let us know where you are seeing pests and provide reasonable access to those areas. Moving pet and children’s items out of the outdoor treatment area helps, and our safety sweep is part of preparing that space for service.
Keep people and pets out of treatment areas as instructed. Stay off treated surfaces until dry and follow any additional label-based return instructions we give you. Our prep and aftercare guide explains the practical details.
