OUR CORE VALUES · SUPERNOVA PEST CONTROL
Supernova has no quit.
Give the effort. Tell the truth. Take responsibility. Keep getting better. These ten values guide how we serve our customers, support our team, and build Supernova.
Zach Leavitt, Supernova’s founder, beside a company service truck.
These are the habits we expect from ourselves—in the field, in the office, and when nobody is watching.
01
We bring energy and determination to difficult problems. We inspect, ask questions, adjust, and keep working toward the next useful step. Supernova has no quit.
02
We tell the truth about pricing, treatments, results, and limitations. We explain the options clearly, charge fairly, and make promises we can stand behind.
03
We take responsibility for our work. When something needs attention, we listen, own our part, and explain what happens next. Mistakes deserve a response and a lesson.
04
Every service is a chance to learn. We welcome feedback, keep building our knowledge, and change our approach when the evidence calls for it. Getting better is part of the job.
05
You deserve control over your service. With no contracts and no cancellation fees, we earn your continued business through the work we do and the way we treat you.
06
We inspect carefully, identify pests, and choose treatments thoughtfully. We invest the time, products, equipment, and training needed to do the job properly and follow product-label directions.
07
Your home deserves our attention. We consider children, pets, belongings, and the surrounding environment, explain preparation and aftercare, and take practical precautions before treatment.
08
We communicate clearly, arrive prepared, and follow through. We work toward same-day or next-day help in the LC Valley, the Palouse, and the Coeur d’Alene area as scheduling allows.
09
We recognize effort and give people room to prove themselves. We support learning, welcome initiative, and build trust by giving people the chance to take on more responsibility.
10
We stay personally invested in the communities we serve across North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Our customers are our neighbors, and our reputation grows through the relationships we build.
VALUE 09 IN ACTION
Autumn Robbins first joined Zach’s motel as a housekeeper. Her effort and reliability earned her more responsibility: front-desk work, answering the pest-control and motel phones, and checking rooms.
When the motel sold in fall 2024, Autumn joined Supernova full time. She grew from office work into a licensed technician role and has also contributed in sales. Today, she is a pillar of Supernova—and a reminder of what can happen when someone gets an opportunity and makes the most of it.
Care about the work. Accept feedback. Own your mistakes. Be willing to learn and keep going when a problem gets difficult.
That is the Supernova mentality. If it sounds like you, tell us about yourself and your interest in future opportunities.
Our service standards explain what these values mean for your home. Our process walks through an actual visit, and What to Expect explains scheduling and service terms.
Tell us what you are seeing and what matters to you. We will explain the options and help you choose a practical next step.
